DMA software is used at the sole risk of the end user. The use of game enhancement tools may violate the terms of service of the games they are used with. Possible consequences include account bans, hardware bans, loss of in game items, and other restrictions imposed by the game publisher. DMA Rebrands accepts no responsibility for any such consequences.

No guarantees

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, undetected, or fit for any particular purpose. Anti cheat technology evolves continuously, and detection state can change without notice.

Reseller relationship

If you purchased a product from a reseller using DMA Rebrands infrastructure, your contract is with that reseller, not with DMA Rebrands. Support, refunds, and disputes are handled by the reseller.

Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and the terms of any third party platforms involved. The Service is not sold for use in competitive or ranked environments where such use is prohibited by the operator.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DMA Rebrands and its affiliates disclaim all liability for damages of any kind arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
