Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to fees paid by approved resellers to DMA Rebrands. Refunds for purchases made by end customers are governed by the policy of the reseller they bought from, not by this policy.
1. Reseller license fees
Per license fees paid by resellers to DMA Rebrands are non refundable once the corresponding license has been generated. Reseller credit balances may be refunded on request, less any fees, within 14 days of the original deposit, provided no licenses have been generated against the balance.
2. Service downtime
We do not issue automatic refunds for short periods of downtime. Where the Service is materially unavailable for an extended period due to issues on our side, we may at our discretion issue credit toward future license fees.
3. End customer refunds
You set retail pricing and your own refund policy for your customers. You are responsible for honouring your stated policy and for handling chargebacks. Excessive chargebacks may result in suspension under our Terms of Service.
4. Detections and bans
DMA cheats carry inherent risk. Account bans, hardware bans, or detections do not entitle a reseller to a refund of license fees already paid to us.
5. How to request
Eligible refund requests should be submitted through the internal reseller support channel within the windows described above. Include your reseller ID and the relevant invoice or balance reference.
6. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.
