Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the DMA Rebrands white label program, the loader source, the reseller dashboard, and all related services (the "Service"). By using the Service or signing a reseller agreement, you agree to these Terms.
1. The program
DMA Rebrands provides a white label DMA cheat program. Approved resellers receive access to a customizable loader, a managed KeyAuth integration, a reseller dashboard, and the underlying cheat build, which is hosted and maintained by DMA Rebrands. Resellers do not receive the cheat source code.
2. Eligibility and approval
The Service is available to approved resellers only. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke access at our sole discretion. Resellers must operate within the laws of their jurisdiction.
3. Reseller responsibilities
- You are responsible for your own brand, customers, marketing, and customer support.
- You are responsible for collecting payments from your customers and remitting our per license fee.
- You may not redistribute, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying cheat build.
- You may not impersonate DMA Rebrands or misrepresent the nature of our relationship.
4. Our responsibilities
- We host and maintain the cheat build, the KeyAuth infrastructure, and the reseller dashboard.
- We provide updates, stability monitoring, and an internal support channel for resellers.
- We do not provide direct support to your customers.
5. Fees and payment
Resellers pay a per license fee for each license generated. Fees are quoted at signup and may change with notice. All fees are non refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The loader source code is licensed to you for use within the program. The cheat build, internal tooling, infrastructure, and the DMA Rebrands name and marks remain the property of DMA Rebrands. You retain all rights to your own brand, logo, and customer relationships.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms, including but not limited to leaks, attempted reverse engineering, fraud, or chargeback abuse. You may exit the program at any time by ceasing use of the Service.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DMA Rebrands disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the reseller dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
