This Privacy Policy explains what information DMA Rebrands collects, how we use it, and the choices available to you. It applies to the marketing site, the reseller dashboard, and the services provided to approved resellers.

1. Information we collect

• Reseller account data. When you apply or sign up, we collect your contact details, brand name, and identifiers needed to issue and manage your reseller account.
• Operational data. License generation events, dashboard activity, API usage, and similar telemetry needed to operate the Service.
• Server logs. Standard request logs including IP address, user agent, and timestamps. Used for security and debugging.
• End user data. KeyAuth records associated with licenses you generate. We process this on your behalf as the operator of your brand.

2. How we use information

• To operate the Service, including authenticating loaders, issuing licenses, and providing support to resellers.
• To detect abuse, fraud, leaks, and other violations of our Terms of Service.
• To improve the Service and communicate operational notices.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with infrastructure providers strictly necessary to run the Service (for example, hosting and KeyAuth backend), and with law enforcement where legally required.

4. Retention

We retain reseller account data for as long as the account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal, audit, and fraud prevention purposes. Server logs are retained for a limited operational window.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your own credentials and for the security of the brand you operate on top of our platform.

6. Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your reseller account data through the internal support channel, subject to legal and operational limits.
